The week before we moved we had the chance to say goodbye to many of our friends from Charlotte. We have been so thankful for the friendships that we made there and are excited to maintain them even though we're in Texas!
Here is Graham with Sarah and Brandon Cozart - I actually went to JMU with Sarah (even though we only recognized each other and didn't really become friends until we were in Charlotte). We were in Lifegroup with them our first two years at Uptown and were glad they could come by before we left!
Here is Graham (and us in the pictures following) with Ben and Lindsay Dyke... they were also in our Lifegroup our first two years and we have become so close! We love them and miss them terribly!!
My supervisor from work, Beth, even took the time to stop by for lunch one day before we moved. I have spent hours on end with Beth the past few years with her desk being two cubbies down from mine and miss seeing her so consistently!
Some other great friends - the Hunts (Jake, Melissa, and Sam), the Dirks (Tyler, Carrie, Maggie, and Henry who will make his appearance outside of the womb soon!) and the Webers (David, April, Amelia, and Jude) put together a small poolside party for us before we left -- complete with ice cream sundaes!!Me, Graham, April, Amelia, Melissa, Sam, Carrie, and Maggie splashing around!

In this picture, Maggie is actually sitting on the bottom of the pool - her diaper was so full of water she was elevated!!
We miss you all too!!
